Harvey is a Python based input output static response system for use with the Facebook Messenger Platform API service. The purpose of the script is to identify phrases from the input and generate the required output. It was developed as a side project to learn the fundamentals of the Python programming language.

These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes.
