The times dictionary is never updated after being initialized in get_bin_info.

This is a real problem if there's ever a collection run that has multiple files in a series, where it only stores information for the 0001.ifm file and nothing following it.

Need to investigate the relationship between the times pulled out of the .ifm files and t_final or t_duration in pixie_parse.py.

Display list of all files in the series as well as data from the .ifm files for the series, such as dead/live/real times, count rates(?), etc.

Will require quickly processing before full parsing the data set, but should be usable when constructing eventual HDF tree.

From pyramds_cfg, items like enerfit, fwhmfit, etc. should be in single file. The methods that store these into dictionaries and the data structures themselves should be part of the PyramdsBase class.

Application should be strict in how it parses a data series. Regardless of which file is selected through the dialog (.bin, .ifm, or .set), the parser will begin with the first file in the series and process the full set.
