Filter classes are not exported anymore from the ensembldb package, but from the AnnotationFilter package.
When using the function crunchWHOCC() I receive these error messages:

I just needed the ATCvet codes and it was amazingly easy to get them. In case there are others who need them, I'd just like to give them a hint. As you implemented the change of the URL you simply run:
