When I'm using a project based on this, and I run the project and load my page, I get funny behaviour editing in place.

When the bundle is build and the project starts debugging, VS will take it's time, compile, JIT, and run the database Seed through Entity Framework. Then I change the js source files, and re-reun npm-task-runner's build script to regenerate the bundle. Now when I refresh the page to see the new bundle load... EF re-reuns the database seed method, plus who knows what else.

Just wondered if you guys had come across this as well.

First of all, thanks for the great blog post. It's been the best one I've been able to find in order to do this.

When loading the home page, I get a slight flicker of unstyled content before the bootstrap css gets loaded. I'm assuming it has to do where webpack is injecting the bundle. Do you have a recommended way of making sure the css is loaded first in this setup? Thanks.

I just want to learn do I need anything(!) to install in production server when I use webpack, es6, npm, gulp etc...
I am asking for, there is already running mvc5 project on this server and I am totally forbidden to install anything to server. That's why, does mvc5 project with webpack can run on same server without need any installation ?
