We need to add the conditions if and unless another field or a list of fields are valid

validate :age, present, unless: [:birth_date]

It should be also possible to use other validation function in the condition

validate :age, present, if: [birth_date: present]

Validation functions currently receive the value as first parameter, we should also inject the params as a second parameter, so it is possible to make validations like:

validate :age, validate_age(message: "invalid age")

defp validate_age(age, params, opts) do
  if age == calculate_age(Map.get(params, "birth_date") do
    {true, age}
  else
    {false, opts[:message]} 
  end
end

Proposal:

plug Avex.Plug.Validate,
  model: Post,
  view: ErrorView

Avex.Plug.Validate is a plug that tries to cast the params of the request with the specified :model. If the params are valid the the request will be dispatched to the next plug, If they are not, it will halt the request and send the validation errors with the :view.
