ParoTranslate Korean/English Translation Chrome Extension

This Chrome extension allows users to quickly translate selected text on a webpage using a keyboard shortcut. Translations are performed via the MyMemory API and can be saved and downloaded as a CSV file.

Features

  • Translate selected text using Ctrl+Q (configurable).
  • Save translations with a click on the "Save" button in the popup.
  • View translation history in a popup by clicking the extension icon.
  • Download saved translations as a CSV file.

Installation

To install this extension:

  1. Clone the repository to your local machine.
  2. Open Google Chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions/.
  3. Enable "Developer mode" at the top-right.
  4. Click on "Load unpacked" and select the cloned repository folder.

The extension should now be installed and ready for use.

Usage

To use the extension:

  1. Highlight text on any webpage.
  2. Press Ctrl+Q to translate the selected text.
  3. Click "Save" in the popup to save the translation.
  4. Click the extension icon to view saved translations.
  5. In the popup, click "Download CSV" to download the saved translations.
