Create a mobile menu, there's only a mobile menu icon right now.

Cards should be pageable.

Just make an API out of this stuff instead of using a JSON. Prismic? Fauna?

Card stagger animations are currently staggered with a dumb counter, because staggerChildren doesn't seem to work on the Library component.

Should pre-fetch first few cards worth of content, and continue prefetching on scroll.

Only one card should be able to be open at a time.

If you've been shared a card, you should be scrolled to that card within the page. Would prefer not to use hashes in the link if possible to keep it clean.

Use react-content-loader to deal with page loads taking time with media... this is not as important as pre-fetching, I think.

Need to set up routing so that opening a card updates the route. Route should use a card's slug that looks like {number}-{state}-{town}. Double check for duplicate values.
