Currently the functions have no proper error handling and error out if something goes wrong with the api calls or if there is an unexpected response from the api calls. The functions themselves should always return something in a proper format.

Some information is missing from the README. For example information about the functions themselves and how to setup the GCP part before deploying.

The current javascript is can be improved a lot by having proper error handling and perhaps using a framework like vue.js should be easier to work with and extend in the future.
