If there are any locations in DC mentioned in the CSV, they will cause a circle to be rendered indicating that there are indeed locations in DC. That's good.

The problem is that the circle covers all of DC. If a user hovers over the circle in order to see the locations listed in a pop-up, the circle "eats" the hover event and it does not "get through below" to the region on the map that is DC. Therefor no popup of locations is seen.

The fix is to somehow propagate the hover event from the circle the the DC region. It's a D3 thing.

As seen in excel vba upload file to ftp server, there are ways of driving SFTP from VBA in Excell. And surely there is a way to call to Node (CLI or maybe module?).

So, the most elegant solution would be to have a VBA macro which:

• exports of local FS
• passes that file through the Node processors
• SFTPs it up.
