It's been a while since there's no new release, latest one being 0.1.8, which depends on python2, and it's from 2009 according to samuel project, 9+ years old.

In the same samuel project indicates that git already includes support for gtk3, which is nice, but that new support never got released, besides it says nothing about python3, and python2 is soon to become unsupported.

I could easily adapt the checkerboard to make it dynamic, I would like to be able to use it for games of 8, 10 and 12 squares per line.
Italian => 8 squares.
French and International => 10 squares.
German => 12 squares.
Do you think it would be easy to transform your AI to, to support these different checkers.
I would like to add a menu: Country.
