I got the following when installing the templates...

This is desirable and maybe even important.

Right now the self-hosted variant runs just fine, as does the Docker variant, but the Azure App Service configuration refuses to start up.

My name is David and I just watched an old conference video about Orleans. I already found the sample code you presented, and I got here after taking a look at your profile.

Originally I was going to use Akka.net, but I'm the only developer for this project and I don't have so much time to understand the Akka implementation of the actor model. Orleans is convenient for me because I find its interface-based implementation easier to understand.

I'm very interested in this project because it's exactly what I want to do. I noticed the documentation is not complete and decided to ask you about it since it would be of great help.

I couldn't find any license information in the Orleans.Contrib.UniversalSilo and Orleans.Contrib.UniversalSilo.Templates NuGets. Do they have a license? If so, is it the one used in this repo?

I get the following exception in K8 logs after deploying the default app into a docker_desktop context.
Error: secret "secret-stgtestorleansendtoend"

Is there anything i should be doing about setting up secrets that I've missed.
