Some of the cli words may be empty, so a means of explicitly and succinctly representing an empty part is necessary.
By using a '-' (not othewise allowable input), we can state that we don't have any of a particular cli word.
There is currently no way to do this.

Example:
To state to use the default (all wildcard) anchors and that we have no floaters yet:
5 - - somedudz

Allow cli to be interactive with history, such as readline()
