Create-and-Send-Personalized-Certificates-using-GAS

Using standalone Google apps script on a Google sheet, Google Slide to create and send appreciation certificates automatically.

Steps

  • Create a Folder on your Google Drive.

  • Make a Copy from Certificate Slide then move it to your folder.

  • Make a Copy from Certificate Sheet then move it to your folder.

  • Create an Empty folder inside your folder.

  • Create a Google Apps Script inside your folder then replace the content of Code.gs with Code.gs.

  • Inside your Google Apps Script replace the tempFolderId with the empty folder id.

  • Inside your Google Apps Script replace the slideTemplateId with the Certificate Slide ID.

  • Inside your Google Apps Script replace the sheetId with the Certificate Sheet ID.

  • Add your Name, title, and team Name.

  • For Each Event you will only need to add your Event Name.
