Adjusted Nix derivations to build Rhodecode Enterprise CE

Purpose

This repository is my personal experimentation area to figure out how to build the community edition of RhodeCode Enterprise with the package manager Nix. My intention is to run an instance of RhodeCode Enterprise as a NixOS service.

Status

In both cases nix-build is able to produce a result on darwin so far.

Next things to be done

  • Test on NixOS
  • Create a simple service module
  • Try a deployment, e.g. based on NixOPS
  • Improve service modules to initialize on the first run

shell.nix import of vcsserver is broken

It seems that the mechanism that injects vcsserver into shell of enterprise-ce is broken.

This cases the subvertpy not to build properly, and thus not enabling to test SVN correctly when executing the tests. For me it looks like the injected dependencies don't take the changes from vcsserver python-packages-overrides.nix because subvertpy fails on building the APR

This was tested on 17.09 and nix 2.0
