Hi, you have a great solution here. Looks like compatibility with phoenix_html version 3 is required for usage with the latest phoenix builds.

Currently I see no way to have <link> Tags in my code.
e.g. <link rel="canonical" href="https://mydomain/path" />
Is it possible that this will be supported in the future?

I think the below separator should be title_separator?

Currently the documentation on hexdocs is pretty much worthless as it doesn't shows how to use the package. Improving it would be good

After following readme I get module not defined for Metatags in app.html
