Please remove obsolete infrastructure

Please remove ASDF1 in misc/asdf.lisp and the file install.lisp that uses it.
These days, all Lisps come with ASDF3.

You may also remove the logical pathnames and require hack from lisa.asd, they are neither portable now very useful. I recommend you instead define a system lisa-debugger.asd or better, just a (defsystem "lisa/debugger" ...) in lisa.asd, and then users can rely on asdf to (asdf:load-system "lisa/debugger") or simply (asdf:make :lisa/debugger), or, on supported platforms, (require :lisa/debugger).

I'm sure there's plenty more to update, but getting rid of ASDF1 will be a nice cleanup for me when I grep quicklisp for users of deprecated asdf functions.
