For general interfacing with the system

So that a user can call Sandy Jeeves or Bazza, etc.

(and smart tagging at that - @weekly, @monthly)

(including disambiguating dates using European/American standards)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Request a reminder with two hours (i.e.: remind me to brush teeth at 7:30am and 
22:30)


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

two distinct reminders would be expected. only the last reminder mentioned in 
the email is 
effective.

...or warn the user two separate reminders are required.

And non-US locales. I think this may be a first phase, or at least part of it.
