Apply plugin to all HTML assets

Currently the plugin is only applied to index.html. Get a list of all HTML assets and apply .process() to each of them.

Webpack hangs when recompiling (using HMR).

Everything runs/recompiles as expected when i remove EsiWebpackPlugin.

Release notes are not being published
