To start using Mercury CRM, follow these steps:

2. Create and activate a virtual environment:
   python -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate

3. Install the dependencies:
   pip install -r requirements.txt

4. Configure the database and environment variables as needed.

5. Run Django migrations:
   python manage.py migrate

6. Start the development server:
   python manage.py runserver

You can now access Mercury CRM in your web browser at http://localhost:8000.
