This repository offers a Nix flake with Nix packages, patches and shells I have used in various personal projects and collaborations over the last several years (now with 100% more Nix, which may assist in reproducible research).

Note: To use some of the attributes and packages (namely those depending on CUDA), one may need to ensure their LD_LIBRARY_PATH is properly configured as to ensure a compatible NVIDIA driver/CUDA Toolkit pair. In theory, this should be handled transparently by the flake itself in the provided devShells if you are on NixOS. Also, tested working on Debian 12 (with nix package manager).

Similar to what Nixpkgs states, the MIT license does not apply to the packages built by this flake (they retain their original license), but the license applies to the files found in this repository, with the exception being patches as they may be considered derivative works of the packages to which they apply.
