DESCRIPTION

Jessica is a micro web framework written out of curiosity for .NET, inspired by Ruby's Sinatra.

INSTALLATION

Using NuGet

If you want to installation via NuGet.

  • Open the Package Manager Console
  • Enter the command Install-Package Jessica to download and add Jessica to your project

Building From Source

If you would prefer to build from source. You can clone the GitHub repository and build the solution.

  • Clone the repository git clone git://github.com/tombell/jessica.git
  • Open the solution in the src folder
  • Build the solution
  • Add the Jessica.dll as a reference to your project

USAGE

You can look on the GitHub repository wiki for Jessica usage.

CONTRIBUTE

Here's the most direct way to get your work merged into the project:

  1. Fork the Jessica project
  2. Clone down your fork git clone git://github.com/<username>/jessica.git
  3. Create a topic branch to contain your change git checkout -b my_feature
  4. Hack away, add tests. Not necessarily in that order
  5. Make sure everything still passes by running unit tests
  6. If necessary, rebase your commits into logical chunks, without errors
  7. Push the branch up git push origin my_feature
  8. Create an issue with a description and link to your branch
