basic materials package

hi!

I would like to propose a quick start package consisting of pre-defined materials.
Currently, the tests contains several predefined materials with textures and many others even with meshes.

So, I wonder if it would be possible to create a small package, I think it will be about 2 or 3MB, containing all pre-defined materials .j3m from the tests plus the textures? but less the meshes and other big files...

Basically, most of things from the test's folder would be moved to something like BasicMaterials, and the tests would just improve on it by adding the meshes.

The end users/coders could use the pre-defined materials as a very good base from where to tweak just some values. Or as a quick start placeholder, to later make a full material based solely on the .j3md files.

I could even try to do it if you dont mind?
