example of a file client cache issue when instantiating two salt callers with different 'cachedir's
Issue traced down to the reuse here: https://github.com/saltstack/salt/blob/master/salt/utils/jinja.py#L106-L116 does adding:
or self._file_client.opts["cachedir"] != self.opts["cachedir"]
fix the issue?
