mycelium's Issues

Add legend for connection types

Connections are color-coded based on the relationship but it would be good to have a legend showing what each color represents

Add main page

It would be nice to have a decent dashboard showing all the different subgraphs that the user has defined

Add hierarchy to legend

This should both be visually clear (with offsets?) and supported in filtering, i.e. when you click on a super node, all children types should remain?

FUSE support

It would be nice to be able to mount papers on the filesystem and edit them with vim :) I imagine something like:

# <name> -- <display name>

## Description
<description>

## Relationships
<edge name>: <other node>, <another node>
<another edge name>: <other node>, <another node>

Add ability to create first-level edge types

Right now edge types can only be created as a subclass of something chosen in the selector, which does not include base "Edge" type, so it's not possible to create edge types which are not subclasses of any other edge types
