实验准备

以ubuntu为例

安装valgrind

Valgrind是一款用于内存调试、内存泄漏检测以及性能分析的软件开发工具。本次实验中用来跟踪cache的命中情况。

    linux> apt-get install valgrind

或者

    linux> wget http://sourceware.org/pub/valgrind/valgrind-3.15.0.tar.bz2
    linux> tar -jxvf valgrind-3.15.0.tar.bz2
    linux> cd valgrind-3.15.0
    linux>./configure
    linux>make
    linux>make install

编译测试

进入实验文件夹，编译代码:

    linux> make

用.map文件来重排图,.map文件需要你自己编写程序生成:

    linux> chmod a+x permutate.sh
    linux> ./permutate.sh ./data/XX.txt ./xx.map

将重排过后的图文件路径写在bfs中

测试:

    linux> ./test-app -i ./bfs

清除生成文件:

    linux> make clean
