Introduction to unsupervised anomaly detection

This repository contains the notebook of a lab session introducing unsupervised anomaly detection.

Requirements

To run the notebook, you will need recent installations of numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, matplotlib and jupyter notebooks.

If you do not have these packages, an easy way to get them is to install the Anaconda package.

Downloading the notebook

If you are using git, you can clone the repository. Otherwise, you can download the materials in a zip file by clicking on the link at the top of this page.

Jupyter notebook

Tu access the notebook, open a terminal window, go to the directory containing the notebook and run

jupyter notebook
