This package was written to do GWAS using a three stage filtering method that involves elastic net, random forests, and trees. It can be used on any type of data an may be helpful for variable selection.

Typo: 'heretability' instead of 'heritability'

Hi @jillbo1000,

Thanks for gwas3 and its tests, I am curious to use it.

I do see that there is argument that is misspelled called heretability. I would enjoy to fix that and submit a Pull Request. Would that be OK?
