BMS charging // balanced

BMS turns off when one cell is 2.9V
Other 3 are 3.4V

Test voltage after charging the pack.
All 4.2? If so, then it's just a lower capacitance cell?

Panelize ledPanel for production

Max quantity is 50 pieces.
25 * 5 = 125
(25 * 5) / 4 = 31.25
So 30 4-panel boards will result in 24 combined pieces (5 ledPanels per piece)

Max panelized size = 250x250mm

3.3V regulator too weak

Rated for 250mA.
ESP32 WROOM U32 states peak @ 380 mA.
Consider SPX3819 (16V in, 3.3V out, 500mA)

Probably mistaken while designing for ESP32-S2

Move switch on PCB to pre-booster IC

I thought this would be usefull, so the battery can be turned off (the 18650 cells).

However, this can't be done when its built in.
So what's the benefit?

"Alive" pings are broadcasted, so 'idle' gets unstable

A Jonisk starts broadcasting pings when it hasn't received msgs for x seconds.
But when one does, another receives this, and thinks it isn't idle.

To do: ignore this type of message when determening if idle or not.

Stars-scene should be one view

How to do it?
Set star position from SC as [(w*3), h] dimensions?
Also git each star an offset.

If out of sight: respawn @ direction-plane...

If direction is forwards, spawn at horizon.
If direction is 45deg to the left, rotate the spawn-plane?

R G B resistor values are 1/3

Measured current is 6.6 mA / led for Red.
This is a 3rd of the estimated 20mA.

Calculate for max 10mA (1/2 of official max).

Find components that are in stock (change footprint!)

White LED, used: C2827271
Current stock is 96
RGB LED, used: C784540
Current stock is: 2668

Batch of 10

10 * 5 = 50 panels.
15x panelized (4): 60 panels.
16 white leds per panel
60 * 16 = 960 white leds
60 * 36 = 2160 rgb leds

Batch of 25

Needed for a batch of 25:
25 * 5 = 125 panels (panelized, so: 30 * 4 = 120, too little. Next order quantity is 50)
16 white leds er panel
125 * 16 = 2000 white leds
36 RGB leds per panel
125 * 36 = 4500 rgb leds

Battery report ends up @ wrong place.

Seems like msg buffer isn't cleared after receiving a msg?
