This project sets to design a framework for property market analysis in a city with the objective of identifying property that generates rental income in Airbnb marketplace.

Some of the output visualizations from running the notebook. The visualizations shall facilitate the user in her real-estate investment decision making, particular when it comes to using the invested property to generate regular income from Airbnb marketplace.
