Story Loader Class about cs420-project HOT 9 CLOSED

Sent @jhawz the class he'll work on integration, as I continue to format the strings.

Works now. Progression goes: SplashScreen -> MainMenu -> StoryScreen -> Game. We will still need to define what happens after the level is complete to move on to story_state 2.
