I believe there's currently no check to make sure there's no conflicting URLs between auto and manual-custom URLs. Also custom URLs might not even check to see if another custom url was already used.

The new bookmarklet from alanhogan's fork has a small bug where it continues to post even if you hit cancel. My expectations would be to abort posting the url or for the wording to suggest that cancel would use autogenerated urls. The javascript isn't checking which button, just passes the return value which will be the custom url if any. I'm unsure of how you check which buttons are used in window.prompt.

I want this integrated, mostly to be able to track the pictures I've uploaded via a tool called Scrup which has an image_upload.php that just creates directories & hashed filenames. Be nice to integrate short urls with the images, at least for me :)

I updated QueryTools to support indexes on MySQL (in my current dev branch), but PostGres and SQLite are still unsupported in this area.

I'm also not entirely sure if the index is properly being added in MySQL, I may have done something wrong.

URLs should not be able to be shortened if they originate in the shortened URL domain.

Reproduce:

1. Shorten some URL with the bookmarklet
2. On the page the bookmarklet bounces you to, use the bookmarklet again

Expected:
The page would display an error because the URL the user wants to shorten is from the same domain as the installation of ButteredURLs.

Actual:
The URL gets shortened and saved to the database.
