Every game where the Rockies hit a double, fans will get a chance to get a free double cheeseburger
at McDonald's for 1$ the day after the game. This site will give you accurate info about the previous game as well as details
about the promotion.
UPDATE: Mcdonald's has changed the fine print of the promotion to include a 1$ minimum purchase. I've decided to halt planned updates and leave the site as is.

This was an idea I had for something to build after learning about the Mcdonald's promotion from a friend. I decided to use Python since I knew that it had strong web scraping capabilites as well as Flask since I'm always interested in trying new frameworks.
To get a local copy up and running follow these simple example steps.
-
pip
python -m pip install --upgrade pip
-
virtualenv
python -m pip install --user virtualenv
- Create the environment (creates a folder in your current directory)
virtualenv env_name
In Linux or Mac, activate the new python environment
