1. in the source code, monthly calendar width and height is hard-coded. In my 
emul, the calendar is displayed as a small sized.

Creating monthly calendar in Ancal activity has to be delayed just before 
changing the calendar type. In onCreate method, the width an height of a view 
cannot be read properly. It might always return 0.

We have done some enhancement on the Ancal Project and cross compiled it to 
Android 2.2 Froyo Version .We  want to contribute this to the Open source .
How we can do that ? Your support will be very helpful.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install
2. Open


I installed the app by dropping it onto the SD card and installing it
through ES File Explorer which installed fine. I see the icon in the app
listing, but when I press it, it always says "Sorry! The application AnCal
(process pl.magot.vetch.ancal) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."

Would love you try the app out. Looks like a great replacement for the
built in calendar app.

should add "n$" right after the '%' character

ex.

Everything here says this is released under the MIT license, yet the 'About' 
screen in the product says "All rights reserved".

One contradicts the other.

2. In view month, week, or day the repeating appointment is displayed on the 
day before and the day after the date selected.

Hi, i love this callendar - it's the fastest and easiest calendar with alarms / 
time schedule ever !!!

1. I really like this app ! Please update some minor issues !

2. There are some little issues to be solved - f.ex. day schedule 
(appointments) ends at 22:00 - why not on 00:00 or 23:59 ?

3. Can you change the sound source category   from "notification" to "alarm"  
because when i put a very loud ringtone as a "notification sound" in ANCAL i 
have also unexpectedly changed all notification's sounds - so i when my battery 
got charged in the middle of the night i heard this  fuc...king extremely loud 
notification ringtone (!)  it happened 2 times until i have realised what's 
going !
I suggest to use "alarm" sound category instead of "notification" sound 
category. Why everybody in android apps use "notification sound" and nobody 
"alarm sound" ???

4. When i turn on the ANCAL first i'd prefer to see  the calendar not the 
apointments/task/notes  list.

5. I couldn't update to 1.6 (downloaded from code.google.pl error: "aplikacja 
nie jest zainstalowana".

Calendar needs ability to sync with google calendar.  Without this ability
calendar will be overlooked.  

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Add an appointment for date and time such as Nov 2, 2010, time: 11PM. Set 
alarm for it.
2. Let the reminder appear in status bar. Open the alarm dialog. View the 
appointment due information.
3. Add another appointment for Nov 2, 2010, time: 11:15PM.
4. Now the alarm will appear for 2 appointments. Status bar is updated.
5. Open up the alarm dialog. It still just shows the first appointment item.

Alarm Dialog should have 2 appointment items in it. It never refreshes.

How can I update the alarm dialog with new alarm items?
