Support Dry-Run

Currently the app will just burn all of the branches it sees fit. Might be helpful to have a dry run functionality. So that users can see any potentially damaging actions that the command is going to undertake.

Support colour output

No CLI tool is complete without some coloured output.
Should be toggle-able with a cli flag

Support Different Verbosity Levels

Currently, the app will just spit out logging to stdout it would be great to have configurable levels of output.

I'm thinking:

-s: silent (no output)
-v: verbose (log everything)
no-flag: default (simplified logging)

Support Different Remote Types

Currently only supports remotes named origin.
We should allow the passing of a remote name via a flag to support more use cases.
If no flag is passed, it should default to origin.
