Ssh2Channel is missing when including Ssh2Client.h

If known_hosts file doesn't exist, qlibssh2 will fail to connect and have a known host file read error. If autoAppendToKnownHosts is set to true, qlibssh2 should touch known_hosts file to create it.

Only building and installing of the library is explained so far. More info is needed about how to use it.

When using Ssh2Process, it sometimes doesn't report the exit code correctly. This is because qlibssh2 never call libssh2_channel_close.

To improve build times in the CI, caching the dependencies installed by Conan might help tremendously.

For example:

Client2 will crash because libssh2_exit() and then libssh2_init() is called again. libssh2_init() should only be called once, and libssh2_exit() should be called on program exit.

The version is now hardcoded at 0.1.0. Git tags should use semantic versioning so the version can be extracted from the tag instead.
