MyAnimeList extension for SeriesGuide.

This is a simple SeriesGuide extension that will allow you to go to the corresponding page on MyAnimeList for a show directly from SeriesGuide. It uses the unofficial Jikan API to fetch information.
This app is not affiliated with SeriesGuide or MyAnimeList in any way.
This is a stop-gap solution currently, but the activity will disappear as soon as the user does anything remotely close to leaving it. This means that if the user rotates their device while in this activity, it will also finish. See onPause() in SearchActivity.

Sometimes SeriesGuide will attempt to ask for the extension but nothing comes back. Try to investigate this.
It's currently hard-coded to just parse the first 10 items of the JSON result, but this should ideally be as long as whatever we get. This would also likely cause an ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException if less than 10 results were returned.
