(question) Missmatch between the README.md and values.yaml

The values.yaml uses the image tag 10.9.1, and the README.md states latest as default value.

Which value is the right one?

Hi!

Before automating the release processs, we should test it out. By pushing the tag 10.9.1 (no v prefix) without creating he release itself, the CI should take care of everything.

readinessProbe hits timeout on larger libraries

With larger libraries, the readinessProbe will time out during a FixAudioData Migration

It takes nearly 10 minutes for this library of 36184 to be processed. The Probes should be configurable to account for this and give the pod time to finish the Migration.
