Hashnode's API doesn't provide a way to get the canonical URL for posted articles. This is what's normally used to determine if an article has already been posted and should be updated. It currently uses a slug based off the original title.

Changes in 2a8f41a attempts to manually look up tag ids by extracting them from the tag landing page. Except sometimes that HTML element contains the error "502 Bad Gateway".

The various command line options are inconsistently applied to the various platforms. Need to abstract the rules out so they can be applied to any platform implementation.

Hashnode's API doesn't provide a way to query all tag IDs. Only a dozen or so are set correctly.

Existing medium article is identified but re-posts anyway. When --operation is auto should skip, if put/post should fail.

updateStory mutation always returns 502 Bad Gateway

Returns 422: "Tag list exceed the maximum of 4 tags"
Need to submit only the first four and display a warning.
