FILTER / regex support?

How can I narrow my hsparql queries by applying FILTER / regexes?

Unable to install hsparql

Hi,
I am trying to install hsparql, but running cabal install hsparql I get this:

Preprocessing library hsparql-0.2.5...

Database/HSparql/Connection.hs:23:8:
    Could not find module `Network.URI'
    It is a member of the hidden package `network-uri-2.6.0.1'.
    Perhaps you need to add `network-uri' to the build-depends in your .cabal file.
    Use -v to see a list of the files searched for.
cabal: Error: some packages failed to install:
hsparql-0.2.5 failed during the building phase. The exception was:

It happens also outside of directories with a cabal file. I inserted network-uri among the build-depends of my project but still it does not work. Any idea?

Language literal syntax unclear

How would I generate a query to see if a dbpedia page has rdfs:label "D (programming language)"@en? In SPARQL, I can do this with:

SELECT DISTINCT ?lang {
    ?lang rdf:type <http://dbpedia.org/ontology/ProgrammingLanguage> .
    ?lang rdfs:label "D (programming language)"@en
}
Limit 1

But the hsparql examples don't show any language literals.
