The -app_descriptor command is not working very well, or it's not so good 
explained.

Improve documentation and wiki sections

Criar plugin do JavaBee para a IDE Eclipse.

Nota: O plugin será basedo no plugin existe SysDeo que gerencia o Tomcat.

O plugin deve atender;
1 Em Window -> Preferences, deverá ter uma opção JavaBee, onde deve-se 
informar o local de instalação do JavaBee (JAVABEE_HOME)
2 Nas propriedades do projeto, deverá ter uma opção JavaBee, e então 
informar se este é ou não gerenciado como um projeto JavaBee [checkbox], se 
for, as seguintes informações ficarão disponíveis para serem preenchidas 
(informações para o descritor javabee.desc.ssd);
    Nota: [label info] Be aware that always the 'javabee.desc.ssd' descriptor will be updated (Create One if doesn't exist)
    2.1 [input text] Application Name (app-name)
    2.2 [input text] Name to Extract (extract-name)
    2.3 [checkbox] Put The Libraries To Project's Classpath (checked by default)
    2.4 [command link] Add Manage Libraries Section (manage-libraries)
        2.4.1 [checkbox] Allow Manage Dependencies (inject-dependencies)
        2.4.2 [input text] Library Directory (target-directory)
        2.4.3 [text area] What Need Be Deleted [String splitted by comma] (selective-removing)
