scubatrainervr's Introduction

ScubaTrainerVR

Immersive Home Edutainment Experience of learning buoyancy control using BCD using Leap Motion VR.

Leap Motion Tracking Version 2.2.6 required. Built with Oculus Rift 0.5.0.1 SDK. Tested with OS X and Unity 5.

Objective

  1. Follow the instructions on the black background. You'll be lead to put on the regulator and dive to the bottom and back up.
  2. Try to remain between -5 and -10 descent rate and 5 and 10 ascent rate (for real practice).

Notes

This project was created in a short amount of time for an internal "hackathon." Thus you might find code that is incomplete or not not used, less than perfect organization, and little optimization. Still, we hope that even with these deficiencies the example is instructive,
