lbwhite-heater-estimator's Issues

Change to calc for "may we suggest" section for metric side

Calculation for metric side under "may we suggest" section needs to be "([calculated Watts required]*3.4121414799)/[btuh output available].

These calculation needs to be updated for each unit. This is changing the watts back to btuh's, then doing the calculation.

Change phrase

We left the phrase “tent/marquee” in our app need to change it to “area”.

Add Product Line Selection

Add functionality to allow the user to pick a product line and have only the products in that product line be shown as suggestions.

Drop decimal points for watts.

The decimal points for the watts can be dropped. That figure does not need to be so precise since the app is just for estimate purposes.

Calculation and label for metric side of app

Need to change the calculation for the metric side of the application. The formula needs to be:"([total cubic meters of tent/marquee]2.6)([Desired Rise in room temp]*1.8)

The label for the calculation needs to be changed from "Btu/h's" to "Watts" for this side of the app. Because of this change we will need to remove "Btuh" from the header label (the label above the calculation field that now reads "Btuh Requirement for Room:"

Clean up heater icons

Issue

The heater icons outlines are not distinct. These need to be fixed or replaced.

Calculation change for insulation

Need to change insulation number in btu/h calculation from .133 to .266. This is in the calculation under "Btuh Requirement for Room"

Change Temperature unitRise value control from a drop-down element to an input element

Change calculator temperature unitRise value control from a
drop-down element to an input element to allow positive values to
be input for degrees of temperature rise in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
Input element will allow for a minimum of 1 unit and can be
incremented in steps of 2.5 units with a maximum value of 100
units. Input element will also allow key entry of any value
between 1 and 100 units. Keyed input values will allow decimals.

Update calculator volume controls to convert Feet and Meters when volumeUnits change

When volumeUnits change:

  1. Update calculator volume unit value controls (Length, Width,
Height) to convert feet to meters when volumeUnits change from
feet to meters thus keeping the same absolute volume.
  2. Update calculator volume unit value controls (Length, Width, Height) to
convert meters to feet when volumeUnits change from meters to
feet thus keeping the same absolute volume.
