Issues AWS Quickstart

1. Fix imports
2. The code is incomplete (e.g. missing strings and imports)
3. It is using deprecated APIs on blobstore.
4. The Log4jLoggingModule and JschSshClientModule classes cannot be found at all. This is serious as there is no mention of these in the setup.
5. Missing variable declarations for 'group1' and 'keypair'
6. The method 'runNodesInGroup' does not exist in the line containing Set<? extends NodeMetadata> nodes = context.getComputeService().runNodesInGroup("webserver", 2, template);

Update/remove all info on the providers in light of the great purge of 2012, see https://groups.google.com/d/topic/jclouds-dev/w0CxlPwpOLo/discussion

This would include removing the provider list at http://www.jclouds.org/documentation/userguide/compute/ and just linking to http://www.jclouds.org/documentation/reference/supported-providers/

The table format in http://www.jclouds.org/documentation/userguide/compute/ would be recreated in http://www.jclouds.org/documentation/reference/supported-providers/

Links to the Issue Tracker currently lead to the deprecated Google code site. The links need to be changed to the Github Issues pages.

Add issue tracker link to the Contributing to Code page.

http://www.jclouds.org/documentation/reference/supported-providers/ can be generated via inspecting the contents of allblobstore or allcompute pom files

Create an annotation guide for request/response handling used in the AsyncApis.

It should have the following columns at a minimum.

perhaps merging the two is appropriate - though a number of external pieces of documentation (including the jenkins jclouds plugin) are pointing to the former.

It has been reported on IRC that the document at http://www.jclouds.org/documentation/reference/using-provider-metadata refers to Providers.allCompute() method to get the list of all providers.

This needs to be fixed since the method isn't available, and should be using Providers.viewableAs instead.

In the future, you should make sure that your pull requests are reviewed prior to merging so that you avoid breaking the build and causing massive amounts of gratuitous drama.

Seriously, if you look at the commit history, I had to remove some test results that broke the site build. Please take a look and if anything else needs to happen, let me know.

PS - I'm assuming Github's servers are in Tibet.

jclouds-core are missing from the workspace after doing an 'mvn
eclipse:eclipse' and a project import.
