We need to add a button to refresh the items.

This could call a function refresh, which just access the local database

We could add some padding in here. Also need icons relevant to feeds. Which may require the ability to add an icon when you add the feed. @ungarst

Give actual content - make not be activities - could be fragments of a view or popups? And make not horrible looking
