Unregistration of user having reservation makes error

ERROR: org.hibernate.engine.jdbc.spi.SqlExceptionHelper - Referential integrity constraint violation: "CONSTRAINT_232: PUBLIC.RESERVATION FOREIGN KEY(UID) REFERENCES PUBLIC.USER(ID) ('userid')"; SQL statement:
Before unregistration, we have to check whether that user has reservation.
Korean Encoding problem
When we type Korean words in book registration, user registeration, we get strange characters. This encoding problem should be fixed.
Current login, logout, registration, unregistration doesn't show anything to user.
