Get some menus up in these truck pages

I can reproduce the error by quickly clicking the open filter button and then going to another page like mapview.

The problem is in api/query-trucks.js and it's probably an async problem.

Temporary fix is handling the response.on('error') event.

a hangup error is raised when trying to write on destroyed sockets

it would be nice to include relative measures (it would take 20 steps or 2 blocks away)

Reading review from other food truck applications one of the main concern from users is the lack

There has to be some kind of a state government license or registration for food trucks we could get.

We could also use yelp, google search, etc.
