Classes to be used as library by services should be separated from the test classes.

Apps/services typically call multiple other services.
The recommended way, for bulk-heading, is that each service has its own connection pool. Request config can also be different per service. This needs to be supported. Service name is used as extra parameter for methods.

The http client is configured, for instance the three timeout settings. This configuration can be done in multiple ways and in ways where one way overwrites the other, for instance first set all three timeouts and secondly set only one of the timeouts (and the others have the default), which overwrites the first way resulting in incorrect settings.

As a user of the http client monitoring I like to see the actual configuration data like timeouts, so I can check that the configuration is as wanted.
