TypeError calling resource
Calling superRes.resource('/url/:id') as per your documentation, errors out:

Superagent Plugins
It would be nice if it were possible to additionally pass an array of superagent plugins to use with the resource. This would make customising the request simple and unlock the raft of superagent plugins available. @jbalboni what do you think? Would you accept a PR?
Excess default parameters are not automatically added to the query string if they're not in the route template
This is a feature of angular-resource, but it's difficult with route-parser.
Write some more tests
