I think this is technically implementable, but may be a bit tricky. It would need a separate lexeme rule to match the inline tag regex, and see if it’s a number (or dice string), then return the value.

I would also be interested in this for handling skill rolls that add an attribute modifier (as in D&D or other TTRPGs).
