Do a little rework to allow multiple outputs. i.e. Multiple lookup tables can be processed at the same time given the same grid, smoothness, and fidelity points.

Write good documentation.

It may also be useful to add an option to connect opposite ends of the data grid/cube/etc. so that it can model periodic functions. This entails adding the two missing second-derivatives to each dimension (and the option that tells it to do so).

Write test suite

It might be worthwhile to make another version for regularizing over a sphere. In my line of work I often deal with datasets defined in this way, and this would make it easier to smooth and rotate them.

• regularizeNd should depend on regularizeNdMatrices.
• Common helping functions should be moved to a private folder.
• calculatePreconditioner() should be exposed so that it can be used directly by the user.

  • write example use of iterative solvers.

Add cubic Lagrange interpolation.
